ARE GUESTS ALLOWED AT TAKOWORK?
Members may host guests (non-members) at Takowork; however, meetings must be held in private offices or in the conference room, not in common areas. Members must purchase Day Passes for any guests that would like to use common areas at Takowork. In order for a member to host a guest or guests in the conference room, it must be reserved in advance on the reservations calendar. Members assume liability for the conduct of any guests they bring into Takowork, including financial responsibility for any damages sustained to the space at the hand of said guests.
Please note that while our members have 24/7 access to our space, our staff is only able to accommodate tours for non-members by appointment only, Monday through Friday. We cannot accept walk-ins, and Day Passes must be purchased in advance. Thank you for planning accordingly.

Members may utilize the conference room informally if it is not reserved. In order to guarantee exclusive use of the conference room, members must make a formal reservation on the reservations calendar. Non-members/guests of members are not permitted in the conference room without a reservation.
HOW DO I USE THE PRINTER/FAX/COPY MACHINE?
Takowork has partnered with PrintWithMe to provide our members with printing, faxing, scanning and copying services. For printing, members receive 30 free black and white pages per month and 5 free color pages. After that, members may choose to print at the low rate of 15 cents per black and white page, and 50 cents per color page. You may print from any mobile device on any network by attaching your documents to an email and sending the email to the printer email address listed on the printer. Open the auto-response email and follow the link to release the print job and choose to print your item right away or select if it is a sensitive document so that it will not be released until you are at the print station for your privacy needs. Please note that your member email address must be in our system in order to redeem your free pages. If you are not a member, you may still follow these same instructions and you will be taken to a checkout page where you can enter your payment information to release the print job.
Copying is limited to the same monthly free print quota as printing, so members may copy up to 30 free B&W and 5 free color copies each month. To copy, members first enter their unique PIN on the device to authenticate. Faxing/scanning is free for members. Members simply enter their email address on the device's touch-screen to start a scan and load the pages into the scanning auto-feeder or onto the glass. You can scan in color or black and white. The documents email to the user right away.
Private Office and Dedicated Desk members may bring their own printers to Takowork if they choose.
